Oktober Fest was held at the Alderbrook Clubhouse on September 27th
and was a smashing success. Approximately 100 people enjoyed
German music played by “Special Delivery”, a local jazz band, and
dinner that included bratwurst, sauerkraut, and German potato salad.
Many were treated to face painting, fortune telling and raffle prizes.

Northwest, a three day golf expo that was held at the Seattle
Convention and Trade Center. With beautiful weather, it was
uncertain if there would be many in attendance, as those interested
would most likely rather be out golfing than inside at a trade show.
