Every Alderbrook Properties home comes with a lifetime membership in the Alderbrook Golf Club.

Alderbrook Golf Club is owned and operated by the Homeowners Association. It’s members control and maintain the golf course and all the roads. This allows members to cooperatively determine member developments and costs. The current homeowners fee is $216 a month which covers the cost of maintaining all our properties, including the golf course, clubhouse, tennis courts, picnic area and all the roads within the community. This also includes unlimited golf for a family or two adults.

One of the most playable and interesting courses in the Northwest, the professionally maintained course is 6,338 yards with par of 72, and is open year-round. Enjoy the challenge of 18 unique and diverse holes as you play right through the community. But look out for the infamous 8th hole! A par on this double dogleg, 536-yard hole will definitely give you bragging rights!

The new clubhouse, which opened in  2009, is open on a daily basis.  Stop in after a round of golf and enjoy a burger & brew next to the fireplace in the Grill room while enjoying the spectacular view of the Olympic Mountains or enjoy a relaxing glass of wine in the Terrace room overlooking the 18th green.
