Alderbrook Properties Open
House is a Huge Success

September 12 was a bright and sunny day at Alderbrook, and the community, real estate agents, and curious home buyers came out in full force to tour our homes and get to know the Alderbrook team. The Alderbrook Properties sales team was there to welcome visitors and project managers Aaron Nester and Joe Panzera were on hand to answer questions about the building of the homes. “It was a great opportunity to show people what we’ve been up to and what each of our finished homes looks like,” said Jubilee Whitman, Alderbrook Properties principal. “It was alot of fun to meet our neighbors and those considering a move to Alderbrook and share with them the beautiful, high quality homes we’ve been working on.”

Comments including “I don’t know which is my favorite home; I just love them all!” and “I love how the room colors reflect the Pacific Northwest we live in” and “I’ve never seen such beautiful custom cabinetry and mill work” were coming from excited guests who enjoyed music and refreshments, as they toured our four home models.

Meet the Building Pros at
Hood Canal Fine Homes, Inc.

Our builder, Hood Canal Fine Homes (HCFH), is in the business of building beautiful homes for our clients. The home designs are inspired, the construction is impeccable, and our design, building, and sales teams are passionate about offering beautiful, affordable homes for our clients. Our product requires a builder that truly believes in what they do and the homes they build.

Aaron Nester, HCFH project manager, says that he loves his job because of the quality and beauty of our products, but also because Alderbrook has a recipe for success that fuels the birth and growth of these homes. Aaron picked up shovel to help a friend with a building project at age 17 and has been building homes ever since. He oversees home construction and loves building homes for Alderbrook Properties because of the diversity and strength of each team member, coming together for the common purpose of making our clients dreams come true by giving them the home they’ve always wanted. And, the beautiful location of our community makes coming to work pretty easy - especially since Aaron and his family live at Alderbrook.

Joe Panzera, HCFH superintendent, has been remodeling and building custom homes for more than 14 years. A New Jersey native, Joe moved to the northwest after visiting friends in Port Orchard and falling in love with the area. “I love this area and it’s a pleasure to drive to work every day,” says Joe. “I wake up every morning and look forward to coming here.” Joe loves seeing works-in-progress come to completion and being able to look at a finished home and happy residents knowing that he contributed greatly to the physical home construction as well as the happiness that comes when clients move in. He loves working with Alderbrook Properties because of the people on his team and the beauty of the scenic surroundings. For Joe, working with Alderbrook is more than a job, “it’s an opportunity to complete the work, make it right, and do the very best job possible.” Joe is also proud to work for a company that builds a quality product and working with people who come together with a “let’s figure this out” approach to challenges and opportunities.
