In addition to the Alderbrook Golf Course, Clubhouse, restaurant and golf shop, this beautiful community has much more to offer!
Just across from the Clubhouse is the Pointe. This grassy area is a gathering place for picnics or reunions, and is perfectly situated to watch 4th of July or New Year’s Eve fireworks hosted by Alderbrook Resort and Spa.
The Annex is adjacent and directly across from the putting green. It serves as the Alderbrook Community Center and provides space for our community library, a small room for exercise equipment, as well as a kitchen adjacent to a small multipurpose room. The multipurpose space is used for group exercise classes, cards, ping pong and as a private function meeting area.
Wickiup is the name of Alderbrook’s community park. It is the home of tennis courts, a basketball court, a bocce court, a covered BBQ area, a community garden and a small playground area for young children. It is a group gathering spot for our Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club members and many other fun activities!
