Our homes are built on and off the golf course throughout the Alderbrook Golf Club. This hidden gem of a golf course boasts magnificent views and challenges for golfers, including a double-dogleg 8th hole. There are approximately 100 acres of professionally-maintained golf course and common areas in the community.

A special Home Owners Association (HOA) membership provides unlimited golf for owners.

This grassy area is a gathering place for picnics or reunions, and is perfectly situated to watch 4th of July or New Year's Eve fireworks hosted by Alderbrook Resort and Spa.

Alderbrook's community park houses tennis courts, a basketball court, a bocce court, a covered BBQ area, a commuity garden, and a small playground area for young children. It is a group gathering spot for our Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club members and many other fun activities!

Hood Canal Activities

Hood Canal is extraordinarily unique, the only pure salt water fjord in the contiguous United States. It is an amazing area where you can golf, boat, kayak, jet-ski, swim, and fish. From arts events to seafood festivals and Fourth of July celebrations, there is something at Hood Canal for everyone.

Outdoor Sports

If you enjoy the great outdoors, Hood Canal offers hiking, biking, kayaking and more. With unique and lush flora and fauna, there is an abundance of beautiful places and spaces to explore.

This area is also home to our neighbor and world-class, luxury getaway: Alderbrook Resort & Spa. Situated on Hood Canal, the Resort provides stunning views of the water and also has a network of hiking trails where you can enjoy nature firsthand.

Union City Market

Located only a couple miles from the properties, visitors can purchase local art, gifts, and Hood Canal merch. The public dining venue, Hook & Fork, offers a rotating menu featuring seasonally available ingredients on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the year.

The dining room at the Restaurant at Alderbrook features warm wood accents, cozy booth seating, and soft ambient lighting. Tables are elegantly set with white plates, polished silverware, and sparkling glassware, offering a refined dining experience overlooking Hood Canal.

Food & wine

The Alderbrook Resort offers several dining options. Visit The Restaurant, The Lounge or The Drinkery year round. The Patio is open for dining during the beautiful summer months.

S’mores by the fire pit

Year-round, you can purchase a S’mores kit and roast marshmallows in one of the nearby fire pits. There’s nothing like drinking in a beautiful water view while enjoying the crisp Fall air in front of a fire. Remember to stay focused and make sure you hang on to that marshmallow!
